This causes the counter to fail by either showing a counter that is frozen at one value, showing an error message instead of a counter, or causing no image to be displayed. If this occurs you will need to copy the code to your page again replacing the counter code that Netscape has modified. To avoid having this happen, remove the check next to Include images and other files on the Publish Page dialog box before clicking the Publish button. Alternatively, you can use an FTP program to publish your web site instead of using Netscape Composer.
